Order Processing

Orders are processed only after payment is successfully accepted.

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00). Orders placed after our cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Holidays

No processing or shipping occurs on the following U.S. federal holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Presidents’ Day (February 17)
  • Memorial Day (May 26)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (September 1)
  • Thanksgiving Day (November 27)
  • Christmas Day (December 25)

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Delivery Time & Shipping Rates

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your item is in transit, delivery time is outside of our control. Please refer to the estimated ranges below:

Note: Most orders within the continental U.S. arrive within 4–9 business days once shipped.


Shipping Limitations

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Order Tracking

After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may also track your order via our Order Tracking page.

Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear. If your tracking number is not yet active, the carrier may not have scanned the package into their system.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated arrival window, please contact us for assistance.


Custom Orders

Orders that require personalization or custom modifications may require additional processing time. The timeline will vary depending on the complexity of the customization.


Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages lost due to redirection requests or forwarding by the customer
  • Returned or disposed orders due to address issues
