Canceling Orders — Time Is of the Essence

Changed your mind? No sweat. You have 24 hours from the moment of purchase to cancel your order.

  • Just send an email to [email protected] within that window.
  • We’ll cancel it and refund you in full, with zero penalties.

After 24 hours: Orders move into production (our items are made-to-order), and we won’t be able to stop or modify them.


Exchanges — Review Before You Buy

At Clothguy, each piece is crafted just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to process exchanges for changes in:

  • Size
  • Design
  • Quantity

However, there’s a fix: cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct details. Need sizing help or styling tips? Our support crew is just a message away.


Returns — We’ve Got You Covered (Within 180 Days)

We accept returns on eligible items within 180 days of delivery.

What Qualifies:

  • Items that arrive damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong product (size, design, color)
  • Product differs materially from description

What Doesn’t:

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Cosmetic thread issues that don’t affect usability
  • Defects caused by handling or use not tied to our production

Returned items must be in original condition and include packaging.


How to Submit a Refund Request

To get started, email [email protected] with the following:

  • Order number or receipt
  • Proof of issue (photos, videos)
  • Shipping label or delivery confirmation
  • Any email communication, if relevant

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days and let you know if you’re eligible. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back.

Do not return items until you’ve received our return instructions.


Who Covers Return Shipping?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t be held liable for lost return packages.


Refund Timelines

Once your return arrives and is approved:

  • We’ll issue your refund within 2 business days
  • You’ll receive a confirmation via email
  • It may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment method and bank

If it takes longer, contact your bank or card provider for assistance.


180 Days — No Exceptions

Returns are accepted up to 180 days after delivery. After that, we can’t accept any return or refund requests.
