When Can I Return?
You can return eligible items within 180 days of receiving your order. That’s six full months to let us know something didn’t work out.

Please be aware: We cannot accept responsibility for errors made during ordering—such as typos, custom image issues, or wrong selections. Review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
What’s Returnable?
We accept returns on non-sale items if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Tags are still attached
- Return is initiated within 180 days of delivery
- You provide a sales receipt or confirmation email
Return Shipping Policy
We offer free return shipping if your product was defective or incorrect upon arrival.

For all other returns (e.g., preference-based), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
Return Instructions

- Ship it back: Use any reliable courier or your local post office. Don’t forget to email us the tracking number.
