Shipping Carriers & Order Processing

We use a variety of reputable shipping carriers, including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services. All orders are processed once payment is accepted. Please note that orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) based on Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding the following U.S. Post Office holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) EST are processed on the same business day. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.


Estimated Time of Arrival

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected. Once your order is in transit, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please be aware that delivery times are estimates only and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Notification:
    After your order is processed (typically within 1-2 days), a tracking link will be sent to your email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
  • Carrier Processing:
    Allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not immediately available, this is likely because the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will appear once the package is scanned.
  • Delayed Orders:
    If your order exceeds the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance at support@clothguy.com or call +1 (765) 377-2402.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Accurate Shipping Information:
    Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Incorrect or missing details may delay your order and may require follow-up from our team.
  • Delivery Responsibility:
    We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address, returned to sender, or lost due to forwarding or redirection requests made after shipment. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Security Disclaimer:
    Once your order leaves our warehouse, any issues related to loss, theft, or damage caused by carrier handling are outside our control. Please verify your address carefully and contact us immediately if you suspect an error.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • APO/FPO addresses.
  • International locations.
