Order Exchanges

Before finalizing your purchase, please carefully review your order details—including size, design, and quantity—as we are unable to process exchanges for errors in these selections. If you realize that you need to make changes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new order with the correct details. Order Cancellations

  • Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your order after 24 hours, and if the order has already entered processing, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply.

Returns and Refunds

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery. After 180 days, the order is considered final, and refunds will no longer be issued. Returns and refunds are permitted under the following conditions:

  • Receipt of incorrect items.
  • Significant deviations from the product description.

Ineligible for Return or Refund:

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
